Marine Electric
AH Automation construct, build and maintain electrical equipment for ships, ferries and bulk terminals throughout the world. We specialise in meeting the unique requirements of electrical systems in marine environments. We can take total responsibility for whole engagements or work on a contract basis.
When AH Automation was founded in 1944 our main business was the installation and service of ships, mainly fishing boats, along Sweden’s Bohus Coast line. Since then this has remained an essential part of the company’s operations.
As the fishing fleets have become smaller we have engaged in other projects like providing marine electric services to car ferries for the Swedish National Road Association and pilot-boats for the Swedish Maritime Association. Since the beginning of the 90’s our marine division has expanded and become the primary part of our production.
