Industrial Automation
Our industrial automation segment comprises three different product groups, all aiming to ensure Lean Production. A robotic system can simplify many difficult and monotonous tasks. Expanding an assembly system can take you even further, encouraging a more efficient production flow. Optimum production management can also be achieved by combining this with MES.
Robotic systems
AH Automation supplies cost-effective robotic systems based on reliable industrial robots. We have extensive know-how within mechanical assembly, material handling, packing and palletising. We program robots from established manufacturers on the market. Using advanced development tools and 3D modelling programs, we can simulate and optimise robot as early on as the planning phase. Naturally we can also integrate robots into existing production systems.
MES
MES stands for Manufacturing Execution System. This is intended to link the company’s business system with various automation systems. This then allows you to control and plan production in the best possible way. It also makes reporting significantly easier. MES provides an overview of production that enables you to be certain of reliable quality control.
Assembly Systems
We have a broad product portfolio featuring control systems, transport systems, robots and other components for the delivery of complete production lines. By governing the flow of manual and automated assembly using a transport system with full control over what is being added to the product, both manually and automatically, it is possible to achieve high-volume/high-speed production, while also producing several different products in one and the same flow.
